Strong Advice: Do Not Use in Cordless Vacuums

We recommend against using Hoover discs in cordless (battery-powered) vacuums, such as many Shark, Dyson, or similar models. Cordless designs often have compact motors, tighter airflow paths, and different filter systems that can be more sensitive. Placing a disc may:

•  Restrict airflow and reduce suction.

•  Cause uneven heating or residue buildup near the motor/battery area.

•  Risk interfering with the vacuum’s delicate components or filters.

While some people experiment with them in models like Shark cordless (e.g., sandwiching between filters), this is not officially supported and could void warranties or lead to issues. Stick to traditional corded or bagged vacuums for safest and best results. Always check your vacuum manual for any restrictions on adding accessories or scents.
